MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS TELECONFERENCE SET

The latest research findings on multiple sclerosis will be the topic of a nationwide teleconference next month.

The teleconference will be from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. There is no charge for the event which will provide updated information on multiple sclerosis.

Health professionals will discuss the research on a video then take questions via a teleconference hookup from participants from across the nation.

The Mississippi program will feature Dr. Patricia Coyle from the School of Medicine, State University of New York at Stony Brook and director of the MS Comprehensive Care Center; and Dr. Lauren Krupp, associate professor of neurology and co-director of the Stony Brook MS Comprehensive Care Center.

To register or learn more about the mixed-media conference, the public is invited to call the Mississippi Chapter office at 1-800-FIGHT-MS.
