Nunnelee launches mobile office hours

Satellite office locations are now available to Northeast Mississippi residents who want to talk to members of Congressman Alan Nunnelee’s staff.
“In order to better serve our communities, I am pleased to announce the launch of our mobile office hours,” Nunnelee said. “On Tuesdays and Thursdays, my district staff will be on hand and available to listen to concerns and help with problems constituents may be experiencing with federal agencies and programs – whether Social Security, Medicare, Veterans’ Affairs or the IRS. Constituent services will always be a top priority of my office, and I hope that these satellite office hours help give every resident of North Mississippi the assistance they deserve.”
From August to October, Nunnelee’s staff will keep the following hours.
First Tuesday of each month:
• Pontotoc County – 2 to 4 p.m., Pontotoc County Courthouse.
Second Tuesday of each month:
• Tishomingo County – 10 a.m. to noon, Tishomingo County Courthouse.
• Lafayette County – 10 a.m. to noon, Oxford City Hall.
• Alcorn County – 2 to 4 p.m., Alcorn County Courthouse.
Third Tuesday of each month:
• Itawamba County – 10 a.m. to noon, Itawamba County Courthouse.
• Prentiss County – 2 to 4 p.m., Purchasing Building across from the Courthouse.
Third Thursday of each month:
• Clay County – 10 a.m. to noon, Clay County Courthouse.
• Monroe County – 2 to 4 p.m., County Unit Headquarters Road Department Building, Aberdeen.
Fourth Tuesday of each month:
• Tippah County – 10 a.m. to noon, Tippah County Courthouse.
• Union County – 2 to 4 p.m., Union County Courthouse.
For August only, Tippah and Union counties’ hours will be on Aug. 30.
Fourth Thursday of each month:
• Chickasaw County – 10 a.m. to noon, Chickasaw County Courthouse.
• Marshall County – 10 a.m. to noon, Marshall County Courthouse.
• Benton County – 2 to 4 p.m., Benton County Courthouse.
• Calhoun County – 2 to 4 p.m., Economic Development Association, Pittsboro.
For August only, Chickasaw and Calhoun counties’ hours will be on Tuesday, Aug. 23 and Marshall County hours will be Aug. 19.
