GOLDEN – Edith Sparks Dickinson, 92, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at Southern Magnolia Estates in Golden.

Talmage Watson Jr.
ATHENS, Ala. – Talmage Loyd Watson Jr., 55,died Monday, April 11, 2011, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born May 10, 1955, in Tampa, Fla., to Talmage Watson and Weenona Lindsey Watson. He was a security officer at TVA Browns Ferry for 27 years. His nickname was “Mississippi.”
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Woodland with Billy Gore officiating. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Gore Watson of Athens; his daughter, Jennifer Watson King (Jeffery) of Athens; his sons, Talmage Watson III (Lori) of Athens and Hugh Douglas Watson (Brooklyn) of Athens; his brother, Hugh Yarbrough (Anita) of Houston; his mother, Weenona Watson of Woodland; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Doug Watson, Jeff King, Talmage Watson III, Hugh Yarbrough, Eric Miles and John Stewart.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jackson King and Hunter Nelms.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at at Memorial Funeral Home in Houston.

INDIANAPOLIS – Christine Lomax, 90, died Monday, April 4, 2011.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pleasant Ridge M.B. Church in Woodland with Rev. Perry Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Montgomery Mortuary in Houston is in charge of arrangements.

Roberta Moore
WOODLAND – Roberta Corinne Moore, 91, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at Floy Dyer Manor in Houston. She was born December 12, 1919, in Chickasaw County to Luther Lancaster and Lena Wilson Lancaster. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Houston. She was a very good seamstress. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, fishing and working in her yard.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Houston with Bro. Dave Laman and Bro. Roy Myers officiating. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to service time. She will be buried at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by her two daughters, Rachel (Floyd) Pumphrey of Woodland and Donna (George) Langford of Hamilton, Ala.; six grandchildren, Charlotte Elizondo, Donna Jane Rea, Amanda (Chad) Stidham, Glenn Thompson, Robert Langford and Tim (Pam) Pumphrey; six great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Moore; her parents, Luther Lancaster and Lena Lancaster; her sister, Nannie Louise Lancaster; four brothers, Lamar, Walker, Clinton and Oris Lancaster; one grandson, Roy Elizondo; and one son-in-law, James Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Robert Langford, Chad Stidham, Chris Sintikakis, Tim Pumphrey, John Fred Lancaster and Jerry Lancaster.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home.

BOONEVILLE – Mary Frances Roy, 67, died Sunday, April 10, 2011, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born April 7, 1944, in Lepanto, Ark., to Arthur Guy Rosamond and Ora Marie Stewart Rosamond. She was a factory worker and a member of Candler Chapel Baptist Church. She enjoyed camping, flowers, fishing, shopping and yard sales.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Smart and Bro. Ed Lowrey officiating. Burial will be in Jumpertown Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Roy, whom she married on March 3, 1996; two sons, Greg Knight (Jo Carol) and Todd Knight (Angie), all of Jumpertown; two daughters, Amy Green (Chris) of Jumpertown and Molly Roy (fiancampé Justin Perrigo) of Hills Chapel; two brothers, Johnny Rosamond (Roxie) and Ronnie Rosamond (Geneva), all of Rivervale, Ark.; four sisters, Evelyn Paschall (Tom) of Memphis, Sarah Jo Lindsey (Bob) of St. Louis, Mo., Gwen Forrester (Mark) of Hendersonville, Ark., and Gail Rosamond (Ricky) of Rivervale, Ark.; five grandchildren, Chrissy Green, Dustin Knight, Justin Knight, Gregory Knight and Allyshia Knight.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gray Rosamond and Guy Rosamond; and two granddaughters, Deatra Green and Madison Knight.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Knight, Justin Knight, Gregory Knight, Chris Green, Dewayne Faulkner, Ben Faulkner, and David Faulkner.

HOLLY SPRINGS – Lillian Smith Nunnally, 93, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Alliance Healthcare System in Holly Springs.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hernando Road Church of Christ in Holly Springs. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 7 p.m. The body will lie in state at the church from noon to service time on Thursday.

CORINTH – Adrian Dilworth, 38, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at his home in Bolivar, Tenn.

CORINTH – Lula Ripple Moss, 74, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at her home after an extended illness.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors Chapel with Bro. Warren Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscumbia Cemetery. McPeter Inc. Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one son, Bobby Moss (Peggy) of Ramer; daughter, Vivian Moss; two special daughters, Donna Wilson and Rhonda Hood; and three grandchildren, Benjamin Moss, Mikeal Pannell (Heather Bridges) and Billy Pannell, all of Corinth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Oskar and Wrennie Butler Dixon; her spouse, Vester Moss; and one daughter, Kathryn Moss.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

FULTON – Robert Lynn Blaylock, 61, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at his home. He was born December 14, 1949, in Itawamba County to Robert and Ethel Bridges Blaylock. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and a machine operator for MuellerBrass. He was an avid Alabama football fan and enjoyed fishing and reading sports magazines.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Senter Chapel with Bro. Bill Thompson and Bro. Loyd Minor officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a wife of 35 years, Floria Blaylock of Fulton; one daughter, Buffy Michelle Blaylock of Fulton; one son, Robbie Blaylock (Ashley) of Pontotoc; and three grandchildren, Wesson Blaylock, Jasmine Blaylock and Blake Kirby.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Richard, Ellis, John and Delbert Blaylock.
Pallbearers will be Dale Kent, Buster Shamlin, Chris White, Chet White, Brandon Kent, B.J. Archie, Mark Kirby and David Archie.
Honorary pallbearers will be Victor Barrett, Bubba McGhee, Timmy Archie and Steve Howell.
