OXFORD – For the fourth year in a row, The Chronicle of Higher Education has named the University of Mississippi as one of the “2012 Great Colleges to Work For”
“We’re proud of this recognition,” said Chancellor Dan Jones. “We are fortunate to have faculty and staff who are genuinely concerned about our students – and students who genuinely care for our faculty and staff. This is a great formula for an ideal work environment in a university.”
Ole Miss will be named as a 2012 Honor Roll school. It was recognized for nine categories from collaborative governance and confidence in senior leadership to job satisfaction and respect and appreciation.
