Oxford police announce felony arrests

OXFORD – Oxford Police charged Elizabeth Rikard, 36, of Oxford, on Wednesday with domestic violence/aggravated assault after responding to a residence on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and finding that the victim was cut on the arms and neck. Rikard’s bond was set at $2,500.

OPD officers charged Michael Key, 34, of Oxford, Thursday with felony shoplifting after Walmart loss prevention personnel signed an affidavit. Key’s bond was set at $2,500.

OPD investigators charged Jeoffrey Gordon, 20, of Oxford, on Saturday and Jemaul Miller, 18, of Oxford, on Sunday, each with one count of cyberstalking/threatening and harassing e-mail. Bond was set for both suspects at $15,000, and investigation continues.
