Plea change hearing set in enticement case

djournal_Court-NewsABERDEEN (AP) – A federal judge has scheduled a change of plea hearing for a man charged with attempting to entice a minor for sex in Lee County.

Dennis John Papez was indicted in February on one count of trying to use a computer and telephone to entice a 15-year-old.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4. He previously pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.

His attorney, Greg Park, had no comment when contacted Wednesday.
