Police investigate fatal Oxford accident

OXFORD – Police continue to investigate a Saturday morning crash in which a brother and sister were fatally injured.
University of Mississippi students Sarah Wheat, 23,
and John Wheat, 30, of Crofton, Md., died after a black Tahoe struck their vehicle head-on on Highway 6 near its intersection with Highway 7.
Sunday, authorities said the Tahoe driver was treated at the local hospital
and released with minor injuries. His name wasn’t released.
The accident continues to be investigated to determing if charges will come from it.
