BOONEVILLE – Two Prentiss County residents made bond Monday after being arrested and charged Friday in connection with the discovery of a meth lab at a County Road 3161 residence.
Namon Wheelington, 36, of C.R. 2231, Booneville, and Dalania McAnally, 23, of 112 Highway 4 East, Booneville, were arrested in a joint operation of the Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office, North Mississippi Narcotics and the Mississippi Department of Corrections, said Sheriff Randy Tolar. Wheelington was charged with manufacture of a controlled substance – methamphetamine – and McAnally was charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Bond for Wheelington was set at $10,000 and for McAnally, $5,000. The case remains under investigation.
