JACKSON – The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined M. A. Infinity Marketing Inc. of Garfield Heights, Ohio, $50,000 for violations of the Mississippi “No-Call” law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commission Chairman Brandon Presley said the company violated the “No-Call” law by failing to register and purchase the State’s “No-Call” list, for contacting consumers that had registered on the “No-Call” list, and for utilizing an automated dialing system to communicate with the consumer.
Company representatives failed to respond to the Commission’s complaint.
