OXFORD – An armed robber reportedly left an Oxford drug store without injuring anyone Wednesday afternoon after the pharmacist gave him the Hydrocodone he demanded.
Officers were dispatched to Oxford Family Pharmacy just north of Baptist Memorial Hospital at 12:50 p.m. The pharmacist described the thief as a white male in his early 20s with sandy blond hair, a light beard, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds, with a long, pointed nose. He wore khaki shorts and a red shirt and carried a small revolver, the pharmacist added.
