HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) — The woman investigators believe took morphine from a Hattiesburg Walgreens has died from a drug overdose.

Forrest County Deputy Coroner Jonathan Nobles tells The Hattiesburg American (http://bit.ly/naifQZ ) 22-year-old Rebecca Disharoon was found dead in her apartment Tuesday night. Nobles says it appeared Disharoon died sometime late Friday or early Saturday.

He said although an autopsy should be completed sometime Thursday, it appeared the cause of death was a self-induced drug overdose.

Hattiesburg police spokesman Lt. Eric Proulx says that Disharoon was the person detectives believe robbed the Walgreens on Friday.

Police say a woman walked into the pharmacy at about 5:15 a.m. Friday and handed the clerk a note demanding drugs. She left the Walgreens with a bottle of morphine.
