School district gives computers to NEMCC

CORINTH – The Corinth school board agreed Monday to donate 32 computers that the Corinth School District no longer uses to Northeast Mississippi Community College.
Superintendent Lee Childress said that Nelson Wall, director of NEMCC’s Corinth campus, wanted the computers for the college so they could open a second computer lab on the campus.
The Gateway computers were not relocated to the new elementary school when it opened in October, but still have useful life, Childress told school board members.
