NETTLETON — An Aug. 30 sentencing hearing has been set for a man convicted on federal charges of stealing guns from a Nettleton pawn shop.

The indictment in the case says Timothy Rydell Montgomery and another man robbed the Gold Exchange of several guns and that Hearne attacked an employee.

The court records say an employee fired shots at a truck as the two men fled.

Montgomery pleaded guilty in January.
