GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) — A federal judge has set a June sentencing date for a man convicted of conspiring with others to distribute the powerful prescription pain killer oxycodone.

Christopher Raymer pleaded guilty Dec. 20 in U.S. District Court in Gulfport. His sentencing had been rescheduled twice.

Now the sentencing is set for July 13 in U.S. District Court in Gulfport.

Prosecutors say Raymer and others conspired to distribute the drug from 2009 until they were indicted in July of last year.
