Several Oxford arrests made

OXFORD – Several arrests were made by Oxford Police last week, including a pair of Tupelo residents.

• On Thursday, Oxford Police officers arrested Andrew Barnett, 25, of Tupelo, on a charge of failing to stop a motor vehicle when officer signals in connection to a March 8 incident. Barnett’s bond was set at $1,500.

• On Friday, Oxford Police investigators arrested Haven McGee, 23, of Enid, on a charge of sexual battery of a child under 14. McGee’s bond was set at $50,000.

• On Friday, Oxford Police investigators arrested Dillion Gourley, 26, of Tupelo, on a charge of sexual battery after the alleged victim filed a statement. Bond was set at $5,000.

• On Friday, Oxford Police officers arrested Willie Frierson, 51, of Oxford, on a charge of third-offense DUI. Bond was set at $5,000.

• On Saturday, Oxford Police officers arrested Fernanda Vaughn, 52, of Oxford, on a charge of third-offense driving under the influence. Bond was set at $5,000.
