Sex offenders plead guilty to non-registration

OXFORD – Two men pleaded guilty Thursday for their failure to register as federal sex offenders.
Each faces up to 10 years in prison.
Luther Arnold, 63, of Memphis admitted committing the crime while living in Tennessee and Marshall County.
Nathan James, 56, of Grenada pleaded guilty to the crime in Wisconsin and Grenada County.
They will be sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Michael P. Mills after he receives a report from the U.S. Probation Service to determine his choices for their punishment.
