Starkville police need help in locating armed robbery suspect

STARKVILLE – The Starkville Police Department is asking for your help in apprehending Aberdeen resident, Carlo Shepherd. Because of the nature a string of armed robbery he’s alleged been involved with, he has been dubbed one of the “Meat Lovers Muggers.”

Shepherd and an accomplice are wanted in connection with three armed robberies targeting pizza delivery employees in the Starkville area – one occurring on Oct. 20 and two occurring on Nov. 4.

Shepherd is described as a black male, 28 years old, 5’10,″ weighing approximately 180 lbs. with brown eyes.

He is believed to be in either Aberdeen or somewhere else nearby in Monroe County. His last known address is 20493 Old Houston Rd in Aberdeen.
