STARKVILLE – The Starkville School District is launching its new student information system.

The Commercial Dispatch reports the new system, InformationNOW or INOW, will allow parents and guardians of students in the district to access pertinent information, including grades, homework, discipline reports and attendance.

Assistant Superintendent Toriano Holloway says orientation session will be held this week and will take place in computer labs on the campuses.

INOW is web-based, and is fully backed up every night.
