STARKVILLE — Financial professionals and individuals interested in maximizing tax credits can attend a workshop Nov. 7 at several sites in Mississippi.
Hosted by the Mississippi State University Extension Service, the workshops are set for 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Locations include Room 409 in the Bost Extension Center on Mississippi State’s Starkville campus and extension service offices in Alcorn, Amite, Forrest, Grenada, Hinds, Lafayette, Newton, Tunica and Washington counties.
Participants will learn how to inform clients about using tax credits. Previous knowledge of tax preparation is not required.
The statewide interactive video conference training is free. Pre-registration is required by Oct. 31.
