Three plead guilty in cocaine distribution ring

OXFORD – Three people charged in a drug distribution conspiracy entered guilty pleas in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi on Thursday.

Shonta Grice, 33, of West Point; Brakeia Pannell, 28, of Tupelo; and Jervis G. Moore, 37, of Tupelo, each pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a mixture of cocaine and crack cocaine with the intent to distribute the drug.

They were charged in October of 2012 along with six other suspects, four of whom have already entered guilty pleas.
