OXFORD – Three men, accused of trying to entice minor females for sex, pleaded guilty and face at least 10 years in prison.
They are Nathan C. Stutsy, 26, of Belden, William Henry Michelletti, 36 of the Paris community in Lafayette County, and Brandon Matthew Oliver, 37 of Oxford.
Each man admitted Thursday to using interstate commerce facilities to try to talk a minor female into sexual activity, which under Mississippi law, constitutes statutory rape and sexual battery.
Indicted last March, they will not be sentenced until after completion of a U.S. Probation Service report to guide Chief Judge Michael P. Mills on their punishments. That process often takes months.
Each also faces up to a $250,000 fine.
They pleaded guilty Thursday before Mills in Oxford.
