Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department makes drug arrests

IUKA – The Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department is making inroads into local drug trafficking with several recent drug arrests, said Sheriff Glenn Whitlock.

• Ollie Lovelace, 48, of Tishomingo, was arrested March 11, and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. She is out on bond.

• Daniel Schwartz, 19, of Bethel Springs, Tenn., was arrested on March 16, and charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. He remains in custody in Tishomingo County Jail.

• Sara Thomas, 23, of Adamsville, Tenn., was arrested March 17, and charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. She is out on bond.

• Scharla Maxwell Huff, 36, of Tishomingo, was arrested March 17, and charged with credit card fraud, sale of methamphetamine and sale of a controlled substance. He remains in custody at Tishomingo County Jail.

• Billy Joe Riddell, 38, of Iuka, was arrested March 18, and charged with two counts of burglary/larceny of a building. He remains in custody at Tishomingo County Jail.

• Brandon Ray Smith, 35, of Iuka, was arrested April 7, and charged with sale of a controlled substance. He remains in custody in Tishomingo County Jail.
