TUPELO – The Mississippi Highway Patrol is in the process of moving to a new facility to issue driver’s licenses in Tupelo.
Due to the move, the office will be closed until Tuesday, March 1, said Trooper Ray Hall.
The new office will be located at 635 Daybrite Drive.
At the new facility, commercial driver’s license and commercial road tests will be done on site. During the transition, the public is urged to go online to renew their driver’s license (www.dps.state.ms.us) or they can use the New Albany office or Corinth office. Both are open five days a week.
