Tupelo fire department puts out downtown blaze

Tupelo Firemen put out a fire in a vacant office building on the 200 block of Spring Street.
The fire started just before 9 p.m. No one was in the building at the time it started. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time but is under investigation by the Tupelo fire department.
The office building is located next to the Stables Bar & Grill and directly across the street from the Lee County Courthouse.
