OXFORD – David Callahan Schaff of Tupelo was free on bond after pleading not guilty this week to a federal child-pornography indictment.
Schaff, 59, was charged Nov. 17 under a sealed, two-count indictment.
He was arraigned Monday before U.S. Magistrate S. Allan Alexander in Oxford and released on $5,000 bond under orders not to have a computer in his residence.
Schaff is accused transporting across state lines child pornography images on his computer and storage drives.
He faces up to 30 years in prison, if convicted on both charges.
