Tupelo businesswoman Melony Armstrong will testify on occupational licensing Wednesday before the U.S. House Committee on Small Business’ Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce.

Armstrong owns Naturally Speaking. Tupelo, U.S. Rep. Alan Nunnelee, R-Miss., will introduce her.
