On Jan. 28, 2013 the Tupelo Police Department arrested Daniel Davis, 41, and Brandie Knight Davis, 32.

The two are facing six counts of credit card fraud each, the Tupelo Police said. The suspects would enter local stores and look for victims that left their purses in the buggy while they shopped, according to authorities.

They would steal the purses, remove the credit cards and make purchases at local stores. The two are currently out on bond for similar offenses in New Albany and Holly Springs. They are currently in the Lee County jail.
