UPDATE: Catledge wants plea date changed

OXFORD – William Catledge, a Tupelo attorney accused of federal tax evasion, asked the U.S. District Court today to move his plea change to June 15.

The motion also says Assistant U.S. Attorney Clay Joyner, who is prosecuting the case, agrees to the change.

Catledge was indicted earlier this year on multiple charges he lied on his federal income taxes.
