A Fulton man has been charged with setting his brother’s hot tub on fire.
Christopher E. Cox, 38, of 1360 Spencer Road, Fulton, was arrested on May 6 and charged with arson, possession of whiskey, possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cox reportedly set fire to a pair of hot tubs full of pool supplies following an altercation with his brother over property. Authorities estimate the damage caused by Cox’s arson to be approximately $2,000.
