GREENVILLE – Roy E. Hazzle Jr., a former Aberdeen fireman, will be sentenced June 1 for his part in a theft ring at Holley Peformance.
U.S. District Court records show Judge W. Allen Pepper Jr. will sentence him at a 1:30 p.m. hearing in Greenville.
Hazzle and former policeman Tracey Fields pleaded guilty to one count each of conspiracy to transfer stolen goods in interstate commerce.
Policeman Javan Shumpert also was accused in the scheme. He pleaded guilty later.
