OXFORD – Authorities aren’t speaking publicly this morning about their connections to an investigation into a powder-laced letter to Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Tupelo.
News organizations, early today, had some vague indications a suspect might be arrested or brought into court but this doesn’t seem to have happened yet.
Oxford is the headquarters for the Northern District U.S. attorney, U.S. marshals and FBI.
Reports also surfaced that the Secret Service intercepted a suspicious letter to President Obama.
