A lack of paperwork stopped the Aberdeen Planning Commission from voting on accepting or not accepting a house trailer in the city’s upcoming historic district.
Lily Moore requested the board allow her to put a double-wide trailer in an R-2 zone.
After a back and fourth debate, the board, which had a quorum of five of its nine members present, asked for a motion to vote on the issue.
Board member Jim Edwards questioned City of Aberdeen Building Inspector on whether or not the proper paperwork had been filed on Moore’s behalf.
Lenior said he had not asked Moore to file a $25 paid variance as he was not sure her trailer request would be met.
The motion was tabled until the October meeting due to lack of paperwork.
