Warden says Alcorn County jail needs camera upgrades

The Associated Press

CORINTH, Miss. (AP) — Alcorn County Jail Warden Doug Mullins says the county should consider upgrading surveillance cameras at the facility.

The Daily Corinthian reports that Mullins told county supervisors there have been a couple of assaults on officers for which video footage is not of high enough quality to identify the attacker.

The county is considering his request.
