WEST POINT, NETTLETON TEENS KILLED IN WRECK

LOUISVILLE- Two teen-agers died Monday when their car collided head-on with a tractor-trailer rig about 10 miles north of Louisville, the Highway Patrol said.

A patrol spokesman said Michael L. McPherson, 19, of near West Point, driver of a 1991 Pontiac, and his passenger, Marritta K. Foster, 19, of near Nettleton, were killed in the 1:37 a.m. crash on Mississippi Highway 25.

The spokesman said the Alabama truck driver was not injured.
