STARKVILLE – U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker will address fall semester graduates at Mississippi State University on Dec. 14. The Mississippi Republican has represented the state in the Senate since December 2007.
More than 1,300 MSU students are candidates for degrees. Among those choosing to participate in the 10 a.m. Humphrey Coliseum commencement will be some graduates from the summer term that has no separate event.
In addition to serving as Deputy Whip of the upper house, Wicker is a member of the Armed Services, Budget, Commerce, Science and Transportation, Environment and Public Works and Joint Economic committees.
