– Union County Schools will be on 2 hour delay Friday.

– West Point City School open Friday. Students: 10 a.m Teacher 9:30 a.m.

– Mississippi State – Mississippi State will resume normal operations, Friday, Feb. 11. All Friday classes will meet as scheduled, and university personnel should report to their jobs at their regular times.

– MUW is open Friday.

– Ole Miss – The University of Mississippi will be open Friday, Feb. 11, and classes will be held. Students and employees are urged to check weather conditions and use good judgment when traveling. Please use the cleared and treated streets, sidewalks and parking lots, avoiding any remaining icy or snowy areas.

– ICC Thursday evening classes canceled. ICC will be open regular hours on Friday.

– Exypnos Christian Learning Center will be open on Friday. Please use extreme caution in your travels.

– Due to the inclement weather, the Lyceum Event scheduled for Thursday has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the Doxey Morehouse Auditorium.

– Monroe County Chamber of Commerce Banquet canceled Thursday night.

– Ole Miss in Tupelo – Graduate Programs Forum
moved to February 17th.

– Resource Center for Women in Corinth open Friday.

Athletics:
– Second round of Division 1-3A tournament scheduled for today at Northeast Miss. Community College has been moved to Friday.

– Northeast’s North Division games against ICC will be made up on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

– Division 1-4A tournament at ICC postponed tonight. Games will be Friday and Saturday.

– BMC’s Thursday night basketball game against Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tenn., was rescheduled for Feb. 21.
