Woman pleads guilty to false IRS submission

OXFORD – Sheanika Faulkner of Lamar in Benton County pleaded guilty Tuesday to knowingly preparing and transmitting fraudulent information to the IRS.
She was released on bond, pending sentencing, likely to take at least two months while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
Faulkner faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Her case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Coleman and investigated by Oxford’s IRS criminal investigation unit.
