n TOP PARENT: The Tupelo Public School District’s Parent of the Year will be announced at the school board meeting on Tuesday. Each school has its own nominee.
n MEET AND GREET: Candidates for office in Lee County municipalities will gather for a “hob-nob” at the Community Development Foundation’s monthly First Friday breakfast event at The Mall at Barnes Crossing food court.
