Video Blog: Henderson shows his speed at combine

South Panola running back Darrell Henderson was as productive as any player on the field in the state of Mississippi last fall. Now, with his senior season getting closer, Henderson is trying to turn even more heads, earning more scholarship offers in the process.

The 5-foot-9, 185-pound Henderson definitely turned some heads at the Southern Elite Combine held at Lafayette Wednesday. He set a new combine record with a time of 4.29 seconds in the 40-yard dash.

Henderson, who has camped at both Ole Miss and Mississippi State this summer, talks about his speed and what he’s been trying to achieve at the various camps, and combines, this summer.
