Singers from many different churches in and around Ripley, MS will be bringing the annual Lessons and Carols to life at 4:00 pm, Sunday, December 16, at the Ripley Presbyterian Church.  Mandy Lane, Senior vocal performance major at Blue Mountain College will be soprano solist.   Mandy is a student of Dr. Jeri Lamar Kantack. Soloist, Dan Shappley, will lead the processional. The community choir will be accompanied by a string quartet from Oxford, MS and by Ben Orr, organist.  Jo Miller Orr will conduct the performance.  Beautiful and familiar carols,will follow each lesson.  The public is cordially invited to this hour-long Christmas Celebration.
