The “Ministering to the Whole Woman” women’s conference purposes to minister to the “whole woman”: the spiritual woman, physical woman, and professional woman through featuring the following workshops: Diabetes Awareness & Prevention with the North Mississippi Medical Center of Tupelo; Breast Cancer Awareness & Prevention with Sister’s Network, Inc.; Keys to Starting a Business with the Idea Business Center of Tupelo, and a special workshop session for women involved in ministry entitled Wisdom Keys for Starting and Building a Ministry. Two workshop sessions will also be available on Friday for girls ages 11 to 17: Healthy Choices Equals a Healthy You with the Family Resource Center of Tupelo and a Career Exploration/Youth Entrepreneurship workshop with a community representative.
Worship services will also take place beginning at 6:30 P.M. nightly with special music selections and the ministering of the Word with Pastor Scott Nowlin on Friday night and guest speaker Pastor Mary Davidson of West Point, MS on Saturday night.
Adult women and girls ages 11 to 17 years of age living in and around the northeast and golden triangle areas are invited.
