University of Mississippi Nutrition Clinic will be offering a ServSafe class on November 30, 2012. This is a 1 day class taught by a registered dieititian. The cost is $150.00.  Class will be held in Lenoir Hall on the Oxford Campus and will run from 8am-5pm.
