Specialty food store Home Chef Market is now Neon Pig Cafe.

The store is on North Gloster next to Oscar's, Tutti Frutti, Mist and Lost Pizza.

Seth Copeland today said he, Mitch McCamey and Trish McCluney bought out the previous owner, Lizzette Van Osten, about three weeks ago.

Copeland and McCamey were employees at the business.

Van Osten started the business in 2010 with real estate agent Sandy Turner (previous coverage and pix. In 2011, she bought out Turner (previous coverage).

Copeland said Neon Pig will keep the meat market and seafood counter. It also will continue to sell gourmet and specialty food items.

But, it's in the process of adding a food counter. Copeland said the cafe will be open for lunch and dinner. The owners are still figuring out the exact hours.

The business is open now and the Neon Pig signage went up today.
