Salad Creations is opening a restaurant location in Tupelo near Bed Bath & Beyond. It's going in the former Southern Ice Cafe/Quizno's spot.

Toby Hester is the owner. Tim Tabb of Willow Oak is the builder. He said they are shooting to open in two weeks.

We checked out the menu boards inside and, surprise, surprise, saw a lot of types of salads. The restaurant also serves wraps, soups, chili and desserts.

Hours:

Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
