Senior Judge Neal Biggers on Wednesday disqualified Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Norman from the government's team at Zach Scruggs' May 23 hearing seeking to have his 2008 conviction and sentence overturned.

Looks like someone pulled a Leroy Jenkins and it might be more tough on you the Siegelman saga.

Oh well we go from lynching blacks to lynching rich democrats. Now it has become more subversive. These prosecutors and Judges really planned this one out.

Nice try Zach. Your collateral damage, but your dealing with a bunch of republican judges and prosecutors. Sorry for your families. ):
