Currently, the park is open until 10 p.m. during the spring and summer and 8 p.m. during the fall and winter.
Fulton Mayor Paul Walker said those times may change if the city can't curb the ongoing damage and defacement of the park's benches, statues and, most recently, stonework.
If the park's hours are cut, visitors will be asked to leave after dark.
Police will escort out any people they find in the park after hours.
