Tawina Koshay Westbrook
Westbrook is charged with ID theft and unlawful production of ID cards.
According to a statement from the MCSO, Westbrook is accused of taking a state income tax check from a resident of Monroe County and using a fake ID to cash the check at a business in Aberdeen. This incident took place in April of 2012.
Westbrook is currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.
Bond has not been set for Westbrook yet.
