ABERDEEN - An Alabama man has been charged with grand larceny in Monroe County.

Micah Redd, 27, of Sulligent, Ala. had his bond set at $5,000 in Monroe County Justice Court Thursday morning.

Monroe County law enforcement officials allege Redd was responsible for a theft in Amory last week.

He is currently being held in the Monroe County Detention Center.
