Jerica James led MSU with 12 points and was followed by Porsha Porter's nine. Arkansas had four players in double digits, led by C'Eira Ricketts' 18.
State trailed just 28-23 at the intermission but the Lady Backs went on a 9-2 run to open the second period and never looked back.
MSU's next action will be this Thursday, Feb. 26, at Florida. Tip is set for 6 p.m. CT.
