Willie Montgomery was charged after allegedly firing shots into a residence on Lawndale Drive early Tuesday morning. No one was injured in the shooting.
Montgomery is being held in the Lee County Adult Detention Center without bond because of a hold placed by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
